Evaluations
Evaluation services are provided individually by the center’s specialists, who come together in a multidisciplinary team to assess and reassess Tony Hawks Center beneficiaries and create the appropriate service associations to achieve the best possible results.
At Tony Hawks Center, the following types of evaluations and tests can be conducted:
- Cerebral-Motor Assessment of the Infant
- Infant Motor Development Scale (Alberta 0-18 months)
- Neurological Assessment of the Child (Amiel-Tisson 0-6 years)
- Pediatric Assessment of Children with Multiple Disabilities
- Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development (1 month - 3.5 years)
- MDCVF – Early Childhood Development Monitoring (0-3 years)
- GMFM - Gross Motor Function Measure in Children with Cerebral Palsy and Down Syndrome (0-18 years)
- GMFCS - Gross Motor Function Classification System for Determining Motor Impairment Level in Cerebral Palsy
- Determining the level of upper limb impairment using the MACS (Manual Ability Classification System) in children with Cerebral Palsy.
- Peabody Test - Fine and Gross Motor Assessment (8 months - 5 years)
- PEDS - Parental Evaluation of Developmental Status (0-8 years)
- Burlea's Active Test for Language Development
- Păunescu's Language Development Questionnaire
- Preschool Language Assessment Scale
- Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency
- M-CHAT - Autism Screening Test
- COPM - Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (8 years - adult)
